A Papershades workshop is creative and fun. Taking place in Ros's studio space in Muswell Hill, north London they usually last three hours and cost £55 per person. Ros provides all the materials, expert tuition and makes sure that everyone feels confident and relaxed. There will be lashings of tea, coffee and cake throughout!
Up to 10 people can attend a Papershades workshop however Ros is very happy to run workshops for smaller numbers. Everyone will have the chance to channel their creativity and discover the artistic potential of paper with the chance to choose from a wide range of tissue, wrapping, wallpaper and packaging. After a session of selecting, snipping, tearing and sticking each person will have created a paper collage template. This will then be printed onto five panels of translucent Papershades paper. Then it's time to construct the lampshade using the unique Papershades wheels. Everyone will go home with their own amazing lampshade.
